BIOGRAPHY
Weifan Wang is a digital artist and technologist creating autonomous AI systems and interactive installations that critique contemporary technology. Working at the intersection of generative systems, sound, computational media, and theory inventing.
Wang employs Python, Max/MSP, Blender, and custom machine learning pipelines to create real-time generative environments, and hold a BFA in Digital Arts from California College of the Arts.
Informed by continental philosophy and postmodern theory, Wang's practice connects technology, aesthetics, and cultural/ sociological critique through experimental media systems.
